My new found love for testing and Quality Assurance drove me to find issues and bugs quickly and understand user pain points with more empathy. I developed a keen sense of attention to detail and helped my team build a quality software product that made an impact.
With my experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, verifying and analyzing data in Power BI and SQL Server made things go faster and smoother when it came to testing and making data-driven decisions. I was also providing solutions to the development team to use several Microsoft modules.
After a few months, I started working as a Proxy Project Manager, leading the team and facilitating the Scrum events. Soon enough, I became the go-to person for the clients. Gathering requirements, performing impact analysis, deriving solutions, communicating the business requirements with the team and writing user stories were few things I did on my extended role which I was loving so much.
I became so interested in the managerial sides of things, I got into the Masters program on Business Administration.
